Paladar was founded to honor traditional tequila production while exploring what tequila

can become. Working closely with our distillery partner at NOM 1109 in Tequila, Jalisco, we focus on additive-free tequila rooted in transparency, craftsmanship, and intentional production. Rather than operating our own distillery, Paladar partners directly with respected producers to help guide selection, blending, barrel finishing, and presentation — always with respect for origin and process. From core expressions to experimental releases, each bottle reflects both the character of its source and Paladar’s evolving perspective.
