Modern - The Bottle
Modernized by sustainability in production and sourcing from Jalisco, Mexico combined with unique packaging, having each bottle hand-dipped in the volcanic soil of our agave fields, and experimental expressions using rare wood finishing.
The Hand-Dipping Process
Volcanic soil from the family agave fields are gathered in large buckets
The agave soil is sifted into a fine consistency creating a light brown color
The sifted agave soil is mixed with synthetic glue, locally produced in Mexico
Each bottle is hand-dipped into the soil mixture at the distillery
Dipped bottles are flipped upside down on a custom-made bottle drying rack
After 2 days of drying, the bottles are ready to continue onto hand labeling
After hand labeling is complete, our Paladar bottles are ready for tequila!
Hand-Wrapped Bottle & Labeling
String is locally sourced from Mexico for the bottleneck to differentiate each varietal
Each bottleneck is hand-wrapped at the distillery
After wrapping, each bottle is then hand-labeled as the last step before filling
